Cost Analysis… With the cost/benefit analysis, CPMG with the input of the client, analyzes the financial cost and the financial benefits derived by implementing a change. This is a decision making tool that uses real numbers to assist with the accountability of that particular decision.
Insurance … We will work closely with your insurance company in evaluating your property and liability insurance programs. In the event of a loss, we will deal directly with the insurance adjuster as your representative to negotiate property settlements or investigate third party losses.
Property Tax ... Tax consultation is a critical expense control. We work with a select number of consultants to evaluate the fair property value from protest through final billing with the appropriate Appraisal District.
Construction Management Services… We competitively bid contracts for space-planning, engineering consulting, and tenant improvement construction. We maintain a tight control on costs and quality for work performed.
Sustainability… We are LEED accredited professionals and as such are committed to supporting and evaluating “GREEN” alternatives for all properties. It is our practice to implement recycling programs, initiate Green cleaning, reduce water consumption and perform energy audits to reduce overall energy consumption.
Hurricane Preparation and Reclamation… We are very experienced in dealing with hurricane preparations and aftermath. Our staff prepares the building and the site in the path of oncoming storms. After a hurricane, we immediately assess and document the damage and make the aftermath reclamation our top priority.
