Elias A. Porras, RPA Property Manager

Mr. Porras started his career in the real estate industry in 2002. His first position was that of Loan Administrator and Branch Manager with the Ft. Lauderdale Branch of Transcontinental Lending Group. It was there that he gained in-depth knowledge of commercial brokerage, which prompted him to pursue a position with Commercial Property Real Estate Advisors (CPRAI) as a Salesperson, specializing in the commercial leasing of office and industrial properties. In expanding his knowledge even further, Mr. Porras commenced working and collaborating with the property management division overseeing the companies’ portfolio. This experience proved successful as he later chose property management as his career path and accepted an Assistant Property Manager position with Prudential CRES Property Management Company, located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Currently, Mr. Porras is responsible for the day-to-day management of 500,000 square feet of multi-tenant office properties located within Broward and Palm Beach County. In performing his duties as Property Manager, Mr. Porras exhibits a high level of professionalism and expertise when dealing with Owners, Tenants and Vendors alike. He oversees his properties with a keen eye to detail and to managing the properties finances as to maintain and improve their maximum value.

Mr. Porras is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson and has earned the Real Property Administrator Designation (RPA). He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
