Her many years of advanced training in the industry, specific software programs such as Yardi, Argus, Excel and other proprietary software has allowed her to integrate these investment management tools with the client's properties, thereby generating numerous property reports in real time, maximizing the workflow out of products, which reduces operating costs and increases the net operating income for the client/property owner.
